We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your rug or carpet, you may return it within 10 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made orders are ineligible for return. - Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer our team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. - Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 15 business days. - Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made rugs or carpets, as well as items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
